     Over 20 of the North East’s top junior Triathletes came to Smart Fitness over the weekend for a training camp.  Boys and girls aged 11-15year old were introduced to basic Strength & Conditioning concepts, and it was great to see how they understood and learned exercise techniques that will help develop them as young athletes.
